I’m Cecilia Mannella, RSW, RCC — a licensed Social Worker and Registered Clinical Counsellor with 17 years of experience building and leading a seven-figure group therapy practice in BC. 

I work exclusively with Canadian therapists and wellness practice owners, and I bring clinical training, Canadian regulatory knowledge, and lived experience of the practitioner-to-CEO transition to every strategic conversation.

TERMS & CONDITIONS — CEO STRATEGIC INTENSIVE

1. Purchase & Payment
Payment of $825 CAD is due in full at the time of purchase. This is a single payment for one CEO Strategic Intensive session, which includes a pre-work intake form, a two-hour strategic session via Zoom, and a written action summary delivered within 3 business days of the session.
2. Cancellation & Refund Policy
All purchases are final. This session is non-refundable under any circumstances, including failure to complete the pre-work intake form, failure to attend the scheduled session, or a change of circumstances on the part of the client.
3. Session Transfer Policy
If you need to reschedule your session, transfers are accepted with a minimum of 48 hours’ notice prior to your scheduled session date and time. Transfer requests received with less than 48 hours’ notice will result in the session being forfeited with no transfer or refund. To request a transfer, contact support@ceciliamannella.com with your name, original session date, and your preferred rescheduled dates. Transferred sessions must be rescheduled and completed within 60 days of the original session date. Sessions not rescheduled within this window will be forfeited.
4. Pre-Work Requirements
Completion of the pre-work intake form at least 48 hours prior to your session is strongly recommended and directly impacts the quality of the strategic work we can do together. If the pre-work form is not returned within this window, the session will proceed as scheduled. No refund or transfer will be offered on the basis of incomplete pre-work.
5. Session Delivery
Sessions are delivered via Zoom. A Zoom link will be provided in your Calendly booking confirmation email. It is the client’s responsibility to ensure they have a working internet connection and access to Zoom at the time of the session. Technical difficulties on the client’s end do not constitute grounds for a refund or transfer outside the policy outlined above.
6. Written Action Summary
A written action summary will be delivered to the email address provided at checkout within 3 business days of the session. This summary is for the client’s personal and professional use only and may not be shared, published, or distributed without prior written consent from Cecilia Mannella, Sustainable Practice CEO™.
7. Confidentiality
All information shared by the client in the pre-work intake form, during the session, and in any follow-up correspondence is treated as confidential. Cecilia Mannella will not share identifying information about clients or their practices without explicit written consent, except where required by law.
8. Professional Scope
The CEO Strategic Intensive is a business coaching and strategic advisory service. It does not constitute clinical supervision, psychotherapy, legal advice, financial advice, or accounting services. Clients are encouraged to seek independent legal and financial counsel for matters that fall outside the scope of business coaching.
9. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of British Columbia and the applicable laws of Canada. Any disputes arising from this agreement will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of British Columbia.
