THE FULL PRACTICE FORMULA™ — TERMS AND CONDITIONS

By purchasing The Full Practice Formula™ program ("the Program"), you ("Participant," "you," or "your") agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully before completing your purchase.

1. PROGRAM ACCESS & DURATION
Access Period: Upon purchase, you will receive 12 months of full access to The Full Practice Formula™, including all training modules, worksheets, templates, the AI Prompt Library, live Q&A calls, and the private community.
Alumni Renewal: After your initial 12-month access period, you may renew annually at the then-current alumni rate (currently $197 CAD/year) to maintain access to updated content and community support. Renewal is optional and will not be automatically charged.
Gated Content: The Program is structured in gated sections. You must complete each module before unlocking the next. This structure supports your learning and protects the full curriculum.
VIP Tier: If you purchase the VIP Experience, you will also receive access to VIP-exclusive resources, calls, and the VIP chat channel as described on the sales page. The 1:1 Website Copy Review must be redeemed during your 12-month access period.

2. PAYMENT TERMS
Payment Options: The Program is available at the following rates (all prices in Canadian dollars):

Pay in Full: $2,997 CAD
4 Monthly Payments: $799 CAD (Total: $3,196 CAD)
VIP Experience:
Pay in Full: $3,997 CAD
4 Monthly Payments: $1,099 CAD (Total: $4,396 CAD)
Payment Plan Commitment: If you select a payment plan option, you are committing to pay the full investment amount regardless of whether you complete the Program, request a refund after the refund period, or choose to stop participating. Selecting a payment plan constitutes a binding agreement to pay all installments.
Missed Payments: If a scheduled payment fails or is missed, you will have 5 days to update your payment method and complete the payment. If payment is not received within 5 days of the scheduled date, your access to the Program will be revoked and the remaining balance will become due in full immediately.
Currency: All prices are in Canadian dollars (CAD). You are responsible for any currency conversion fees charged by your bank or payment provider.

3. REFUND POLICY
10-Day Refund Window: If you purchase the Program and realize within the first 10 days that it's not the right fit for you, simply email hello@ceciliamannella.com] and we will refund your investment in full—no awkward conversations required.
The 10-day period begins on the date of purchase, not the date you first access the content.
After 10 Days: All sales are final after the 10-day refund window has closed. No refunds, partial refunds, or credits will be issued after this period.
Payment Plans: If you are on a payment plan and request a refund within the 10-day window, you will receive a full refund of any payments made. If you request a refund after the 10-day window, you remain responsible for the full investment amount and all scheduled payments will continue.
How to Request a Refund: Email hello@ceciliamannella.com with the subject line "Refund Request — The Full Practice Formula" within 10 days of your purchase date. Refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.

4. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
Ownership: All content within The Full Practice Formula™ — including but not limited to video trainings, worksheets, templates, the AI Prompt Library, slide decks, and written materials — is the intellectual property of CECILIA MANNELLA CONSULTING INC and is protected by copyright law.
Permitted Use: You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the Program materials for your personal and professional development. You may implement the strategies in your own practice and use the templates for your own marketing.
Prohibited Use: You may not:
Share, distribute, or resell any Program materials to any third party
Upload Program content to shared drives, torrent sites, or any public platform
Use Program materials to create a competing product or training
Share your login credentials with anyone else
Record live calls without express written permission
Reproduce or repurpose Program content for commercial use outside your own practice
Violation: Violation of these intellectual property terms will result in immediate termination of your access without refund, and may result in legal action to recover damages.

5. DISCLAIMERS
Educational Purposes Only: The Full Practice Formula™ is a education program. All content is provided for informational and educational purposes only.
Not Professional Advice: Nothing in this Program constitutes therapy, counselling, legal, financial, tax, or accounting advice. You are encouraged to consult with appropriate licensed professionals regarding your specific situation.
No Guarantee of Results: While we provide proven strategies, frameworks, and tools, we cannot and do not guarantee any specific results, income, client acquisition, or business outcomes. Your results will depend on many factors including but not limited to: your implementation, your niche, your market, your existing online presence, and the time and effort you invest. Testimonials and examples used are not guarantees that you will achieve similar results.
Your Responsibility: You are solely responsible for your own decisions, actions, and results. By purchasing this Program, you accept full responsibility for implementing (or not implementing) what you learn.

6. PROGRAM MODIFICATIONS
We reserve the right to modify, update, or change the Program content, structure, delivery format, schedule, pricing, or bonuses at any time without prior notice. We are committed to providing high-quality, current content, and updates are typically made to improve the Program or reflect changes in the digital marketing landscape.
If you have already purchased the Program, any modifications made during your access period will be made available to you at no additional charge.

7. COMMUNITY GUIDELINES
Access to the private community (via Circle) is a privilege included with your Program purchase. To maintain a supportive learning environment, you agree to:
Treat all community members with respect and professionalism
Keep all discussions confidential; do not share other members' personal or business information outside the community
Refrain from promoting your own services, products, or programs without permission
Refrain from soliciting other members
Follow any additional community guidelines posted within the platform
We reserve the right to remove any participant from the community at our sole discretion for behaviour that violates these guidelines or disrupts the learning environment. Removal from the community does not entitle you to a refund.

8. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
To the maximum extent permitted by law, CECILIA MANNELLA CONSULTING INC, its owners, employees, contractors, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, revenue, clients, or data, arising out of or related to your purchase or use of the Program.
Our total liability for any claim arising from the Program shall not exceed the amount you paid for the Program.

9. PRIVACY
Your privacy is important to us. By purchasing the Program, you agree to our Privacy Policy LINK, which describes how we collect, use, and protect your personal information.
By joining the Program, you consent to receive emails related to your purchase, Program content, and community updates. You may unsubscribe from promotional emails at any time, but transactional emails related to your purchase and access cannot be opted out of.

10. GOVERNING LAW
These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Province of British Columbia] and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein, without regard to conflict of law principles.
Any disputes arising from these Terms or your participation in the Program shall be resolved in the courts of British Columbia, Canada, and you consent to the exclusive jurisdiction of such courts.

11. SEVERABILITY
If any provision of these Terms and Conditions is found to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.

12. ENTIRE AGREEMENT
These Terms and Conditions, together with the Privacy Policy and any other policies referenced herein, constitute the entire agreement between you and CECILIA MANNELLA CONSULTING INC regarding your purchase and participation in The Full Practice Formula™.
