Together in Practice — Terms of Purchase

1. What you're buying. Your ticket grants one person access to the Together in Practice virtual summit on October 17 & 24, 2026, at the tier you selected at checkout. All prices are in Canadian dollars.
2. How you'll receive it. Session access details, the reflection workbook, and your invitation to the summit community will be delivered by email to the address you provide at checkout. You're responsible for ensuring that address is correct and that our emails (from hello@togetherinpractice.ca) aren't lost to spam filters.
3. Refunds and transfers. Full refunds are available on any tier until September 17, 2026. After that date, tickets are non-refundable but fully transferable to another practitioner — email us the new attendee's details before October 17. If we cancel or materially reschedule the summit, all tickets are refunded in full.
4. Recordings and materials. Session replays and the workbook are for your individual use. Please don't share, redistribute, or resell summit recordings, materials, or community access — they're licensed to you, not to your practice or team. (Colleagues who'd benefit are warmly invited to register.)
5. One seat, one person. Each ticket admits one attendee. Community access, replays, and VIP experiences are tied to the registered individual and can't be split or shared.
6. Program changes. Speakers, session topics, and scheduling may shift as the program is finalized. If a listed speaker becomes unavailable, we'll replace the session with one of comparable quality. Changes of this kind don't qualify for refunds outside the standard window.
7. Not clinical or professional advice. The summit offers business and leadership education for practice owners. Nothing presented constitutes clinical supervision, or legal, financial, accounting, or tax advice specific to your situation. Decisions you make for your practice remain your own; consult qualified professionals where appropriate.
8. Community conduct. The summit and its community are professional spaces. We reserve the right to remove any attendee who behaves in a way that compromises the experience of others, without refund.
9. Liability. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability to you is limited to the amount you paid for your ticket.
10. Questions. Email hello@togotherinpractice.ca — one of us will respond. These terms are governed by the laws of British Columbia, Canada.

If you register and your circumstances change, we'll refund your ticket in full — any tier — up to September 17, 2026 (30 days before the summit). Email hello@togetherinpractice.ca and we'll process it within 5 business days. No forms, no justification required.
After September 17, tickets are non-refundable, but they are fully transferable: you may give or sell your seat to another practitioner at any point before October 17. Just email us the new attendee's name and email address so we can update the registration and community access.
One note for VIP registrants: because the VIP experience begins before the summit itself, VIP tickets transferred after pre-summit activities have started will carry forward whatever remains of the experience from the transfer date.
If we cancel or materially reschedule the summit, every ticket is refunded in full, automatically — that risk is ours, not yours.
